Description

EMPOWERING NATURE PLAY ADVOCATES

Keynote presentation – CLAIRE WARDEN

As a leading international voice for Nature Pedagogy, Claire Warden will share her passion for building a global community that can advocate for the rights of children to engage deeply with the natural world in meaningful ways. Claire will unpack the commonalities between practices around the world and will provide the all important link between grass roots practice and international conversation.

Shared Stories, Shared Thinking – LOCAL EDUCATORS

In each area, several local professionals will be invited to share their stories of nature based practice. When we hear the stories of those who work in similar communities or contexts as our own, we are likely to feel a sense of “I can do that!”

Q & A AND A CALL TO ACTION

Tash Treveton will lead a Q & A session where delegates will have the opportunity to engage in professional conversation with Claire, Tash and the local educators who have shared their stories. This will also be the time to make a commitment – to stand together as a united voice for nature pedagogy!
